Apple BT Mouse & Keyboard Problem!

Help Guys!

I have an 17 iMac (bought late 05) 2.0 PowerPc G5 , 1GB Ram, 160GB HD..etc my problem is that i have the Apple mouse n keyboard (wireless) both were working fine till a few weeks ago , this problem is killing ! i am running 10.4.11 right now and using my USB Logitech keyboard & mouse now for the last 4-5 weeks, since everytime i turn on my BT mouse n keyboard they keep on disconnecting after like 5 seconds , i turn them back on then they disconnect again.. this problem is killing meeee please guys help me out, thanks in advance!

I changed the batteries twice, deleted the pairing then re-paired everything back again, restarted my iMac..etc its the same , the keyboard doesn't work at all now, it just lights green from the back then it turns off and u cant use it.. the mouse turns on fine then turns off after 10 seconds then back on .. then back off... its just like that till u have to turn it off for a few seconds then back on..
