Apple BTS Promo at AAFES and Best Buy?

I am hopefully going to buy a 13" MacBook Pro, my very first Mac. I've been researching for about a year and waiting for more updates to come. I think now is the best time to buy, so I'm gonna make the switch soon. I qualify for the BTS promo and was wondering if they offer it at AAFES and Best Buy?

If I remember correctly, some Best Buy locations were doing it last year, but not all. It'd probably be a good idea to give them a call.
