Apple bumper cases won't fit correctly?

I have a white iPhone 4s, and have the Apple bumper cases in white, blue, and black; for some reason though, only the white bumper seems to fit correctly on my phone. More specifically, it seems like the other two don't line up with the power button correctly (they make it difficult to push and don't have that same "clickyness" that the white one does). They're not the old ones that were only for the iP4, so I can't figure out why one works perfectly and the other two don't. Am I maybe just putting it on incorrectly or something?
