On launch night I ordered an iPhone 6s for my boyfriend and an iPhone 6s+ for me. They were in separate orders, because Apple was having trouble processing two phones - when I tried to add the second one the first one left my bag.

Today the order for the 6s was cancelled because I've "exceeded the allowed quantity" - since when is TWO more than is allowed?

Anyway I was able to re-order with the same delivery window, so no harm done - unless the cancel the re-order too. Anyone else had this happen?

And 50 minutes after they cancelled it, they reinstated it!

Same thing happened to me, but I only ordered 1. They haven't reinstated it yet. Did you do anything to get it reinstated?

No. I was waiting on hold with them since I was going to complain when I noticed the new email saying it was reinstated.

Did you just order one and it still said you'd exceeded the limit?
