Apple Card financing is still available if you have a low credit limit by doing it in person at an Apple Store.

Lets pretend you want an iPhone 11 but your credit limit is only $500 yet the phone is $699. (before sales tax)

If you go to the Apple Store in person and bring the $199 +Tax with you whether it is Cash or debit/credit as long as it is a different card than your Apple Card... they will make it so you have a $500 financing split into 24 monthly installments...
