Hey all. I like plenty others had the issue of not being able to use the Apple Card to preorder on the 17th. Upon using another card it went through all well. I spoke with Apple today on chat to see if I can get it switched to Apple so I can have my cash back for each month. They said I have to return my phone and then repurchase it. He said I can send it in (no chance) or go to Apple store which I can do.

Have any of you successfully updated the installment payment to your Apple Card? Did you do the return and repurchase?

You should be able to update your payment through the Citizen One Loan website: www.citizensoneloan.com

If you don't see your new loan listed yet, just go to the confirmation email and add it manually and you should be able to edit the payment. Special note: Do not turn on Advanced Protection in the Apple Card settings, as this will invalidate the payment information because the security code rotates periodically.

I updated my payment information on the website. I don’t think it will affect the initial down payment, which has already gone through, however.

That’s correct. I used my 1.5% cash back card instead, so only out around $3. My time/effort is worth more than $3.

I wasn’t able to use Apple Card cuz of issues. Once citizen loan email came thru I logged on and changed payment method to the Apple Card. Noticed the tax and 12th payment was charged to other card I used versus first payment already charged to the Apple Card.

Like I’ve said many times on here last Friday. All we missed out was $5-$7 depending on your tax. People even canceled orders because they wanted to use Apple Card from initial order. Like really $5-$7 bucks….cmon people.
