iPhone Apple Card with iOS Beta?

I assume when iOS 12.4 launches it will be around that time the new Apple Card will release, but for those of us on iOS 13 Beta, I wonder if we will be able to sign up for the card since it seems the application process will go through the phone?

It will probably be available whenever the subsequent beta is released after the public release of Apple Card. (Assuming it’s not a server side activation for anyone on iOS 12.4 or 13 Betas.)
