Apple Care - Agreements in French

I just logged into my Applecare agreement account and noticed that all my agreements are in French. Is this happening to anyone else?
I made sure the language setting on my account are set to ENGLISH but no luck.

Not a big deal but just wondering if this is only happening to me.
