I would like to find out if the apple care I bought in the United States for iMac will be honored in other countries such as Singapore, Hongkong or the Philippines in case I bring the computer to these places and if and when something goes wrong, will the Apple Distributor in the said country honor the warranty?

I know that for laptops, the warranty is extended internationally, but I do not know if the same applies for the iMac, the macmini and the G5 tower.

I look forward to hear from you,
Thank you.

Apple's standard hardware warranty says repairs are available internationally if you have a portable (defined as being able to operate without a power cord) but international repairs for non-portables "may be restricted".....so what may be available is going to vary according to your location
