Those who bought the series 6 in the Uk does it give you the option to get AC+ doing it monthly or is it still a one off payment?

The monthly option only seems to be available though if you purchase AppleCare+ separately after buying the S6. I can't see anyway to choose monthly when adding it at the same time as purchasing the S6 on the Apple website.

I purchased my AppleCare+ via the Apple support app after receiving my S6. That offered both one off or monthly options.

I will likely go this route as i won’t keep my watch for two years and don’t want the hassle of getting refund each time. If you can just cancel it at anytime that will be ideal if that’s how it works.

I was offered monthly but decided to save myself money and purchase the full amount now. I will keep my AW6 for two years, as I have two watches and change the oldest each year, so my AW5 will go next year and be replaced by a 7.

How much was the monthly price?

I don't remember, off the top of my head the extra cost could have been £15 so as I had the cash I just paid it. I actually welcome the opportunity to pay monthly for certain items, I decided to pay monthly for my iPad. I only wish that option would have been available for my MacBook

I've just started paying monthly for Apple Care+ in the UK for the watch. Comes to £4.49 per month and just keeps rolling until I cancel it. By the time I've made 20x payments, I will have reached the £89 for 2 years.

I tend to only keep my watches for 12-18 months, so this works out to be more convenient for me as I don't need to seek out the refund and handover £89 after just having handed over £649 for the stainless steel watch.

Thanks for that, I have had issues with damage to previous apple watches in the past so for me peace of mind makes sense to get this for the watch.

Glad paying monthly is finally an option..
