My OLED iPad Pro is just over a year old, but when selecting Apple Care One it says only my AW Ultra is eligible? Apple stated devices up to 4 years are eligible. Any ideas?

Look for the “Don't see one of your devices?” and click on it. It tells you the reason it’s not eligible

In my screenshot I do not get that option 😢 My iPad Pro OLED is just over a year old so not sure why it’s not eligible then when all articles say devices can be up to 4 years old

Is it logged into your Apple ID? That seems to be the only other thing I could think of.
