Apple care plus monthly payments can be transferred ? Or can I keep paying it ?

I might sell my series 4 and have the monthly Apple care payments. If I give it to somebody could I A) keep paying for it or transfer it ?
 
Is the buyer paying for Apple care included? If so then just use that to pay it off.
