I bought a Series 8 for my spouse and I and I was curious if I could pay the monthly Apple Care for his watch as well? If so, how do I go about doing that?

did you not get that option during the buying process? I ordered the Ultra and just added AC+ ...I'd call Apple and add it, or you can add it after you get the watch

You have 60 days after you receive the watch to add AC+ via the upfront option or monthly.

I did, but I wanted to do the monthly option and I was worried If I selected monthly, it'd charge him when he set up the watch.
