I want to thank you for your patience on this issue. A lot of people and Apple has released something due to the issue. I want to let you know it seems that the hardware of the iPhone's are in in tip top shape. With every wireless phone gripping in a certain way can decrease the service (bars) you're receiving at that time. Avoid gripping the black strip in the lower left corner of the iPhone and you will notice this issue go away. Also providing yourself with a bumper can reduce this issue as well. The bumper I had sent to you should still be in route, they take 5-7 business days to ship. Again thank you for your patience. Have a lovely day.

Actually I agree with the supposed e-mail.

The iPhone is in a tie with my iPad as the best piece of tech equipment I've personally ever owned.

And just to let you know I've been an instrument tech for 45 years and have seen and worked with some pretty good stuff.
