apple care: Would this work?

I bought a balck MacBook back in november last year. If I buy the apple care package as in the link below, will it suffice? Is this what I would buy off the apple website? Thanks.

Yes, at long as it is really sealed and new.

I bought one from someone that was selling just the codes, no package is sent. Had no problems at all.
