Not really sure where to post this but looking for a bit of advice.

I bought an iMac last week (my first ever Mac) and i purchased the apple care.

Thought i'd register it on line yesterday and during the process it wants me to add a code thats on the card in the box.

Thing is there isn't a card in the box!? Just a thick booklet

Any ideas!?

Thanks

There should be three things, the big booklet, DVD and a smaller booklet. The code is in the smaller booklet, see my attachments

 i didn't have that card!? :(

If you bought the AppleCare at the same time as the Mac it may have been registered for you at that time.

I did buy it at the same time in an Apple Store. Do you think it was a box without the card in it because they registered it?

In that case, it has been auto-enrolled so you don't get the code. You can check you warranty from here!

Thanks, Hellhammer. I'm at work so i'll check that later and see what i get back.

I see you pop up all over the board and you seem very helpful in all aspects Apple so I appreciate your help.

Thanks again.

A little tip when you get home, it'll ask for your serial number on the Mac, just go to your Apple icon, click "About this Mac", select "More info" and copy/paste your serial number onto the Apple Care page. Saves you time from reading your ultra fine-print on the box.
