Is there any online shop, that offers the official 'Apple care' programs, online/remotely and cheaply?
Possibly something like registering my macbook pro with its serial, or giving me some kind of code to do it by myself.

It is very rare to discover reasonable prices in 'Apple care' in most stores, so I think I would like to know all the credible alternative options for obtaining such a package in a competitive price.
 
Guessing depends on how long you've owned the device, in that believe can't get Apple support, no matter the source, after the 60/90 day ownership window is closed.

Credit card used to purchase the device might provide some extra coverage, but likely not official Apple support. For example!
