Im going out asap to buy myself a new 1.8 G5 as soon as my brother comes home

you can buy apple care afterwords as long as your system is still under the normal apple warranty. i just bought a new 1.25G powerbook and i asked the same question at the applestore since the machine alone exhausted my bank account.
