I'm looking into moving more into retail after a few years in quite technical roles after getting a Computer Science degree. Can people shed light on the sorts of salaries Mac Geniuses and store managers get? Money isn't everything to me but would be interesting to be able to compare.

Apple staff aren't allowed to post on forums and no one really knows the pay levels. If you have a degree your better off getting a technical job imho. They're usually looking for retail experience.
