Apple case putting it on

Have the apple leather case here I just picked up this morning for my 6.

A little worried that I'll scratch the space gray trying to snap the top of the phone into the case??? I'm kind of worried to even try putting it on...

Look inside the packaging it came in, shows how to put it on.

Snap the top of the phone in, slide it towards the top of the case, then snap in the bottom.

i cringed as i did it but its on...hope i didnt scuff it but dont want to tkje it out to check and then have to put it back in again

Glad I am not the only one that feels this way.
Just picked up my 6+ 128GB Space Grey and put on the Apple Case.
I have the Best Skins Ever screen and body skins on order, but they will not ship for a few days.
I am OCD about protecting my iPhones.
My 5S is covered with back protector and in a Spigen Slim Armour case with a MIME 0.2 mm tempered glass screen protector.
Talk about overkill.
