I couldn't find it by doing a search on these forums....

Where can I find a list of Apple Certification testing centers? I would like to get an Apple repair Certification and I'm wondering how I can take the test, How much it will cost, Where I have to go, and the easiest/cheapest way to study for it :D.

Thanks a ton in advance!!!

David

The tests are administered through prometric:

http://www.2test.com/tcl/index.jsp (select the IT option for "area of study")

There are 3 basic tests: mac os, mac portables, and mac desktops. You need the os exam plus one other to be a certified technician. Each test is $150.

Can't help with test prep, I did it through school...

good luck :)

follow the link above to find testing centers. as for preparation you should check out this CD ROM from Apple. it's $299 from the Apple Store but it covers everything you need for the desktop repair test. beats paying $2500 for Apple training courses too. i bought it and i'm studying right now, lots to know. send me a PM if you want to talk more about it, maybe we could exchange notes and stuff. cheers.
