Apple Certification (how)

Ok heres my problem I got the Apple certification CDs about 4 years ago and I just ran low on money so I couldnt pay for the tests I was wondering if these cds will still be good for the test or is there a new version of them (OS X Test).

basically I have money now and I want to be certified need your help on what steps to take thanks

PS do they have an OS X test out yet?? I know they have a admin OS X test but as far as just the system itself I cant find anything

I'm not sure exactly, but if Apple is the least bit concerned about the knowledge of their techs, the CD's from 4 years ago would be out of date. If Apple was like the A+ exam, then CD's from 10 years ago would still do fine.

I think that you need new CD's... I've thought about going for the Apple Certified Technician Training Kit, but I don't have the money right now...
