Hi,
I am thinking of self studying for the Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) 10.8 exam using the OS X Support Essentials 10.8 book from Peachpit.

Could anybody advise me on where I can just pay to take the exam and not a course as I am self studying?

Thanks
Simon.

I'm not positive that this holds true for the UK but I don't see any reason why it'd differ from the US. From what I've seen the majority of companies that offer Apple certification courses and testing typically offer standalone testing as well. When looking for my own training I've noticed that the testing prices seem to be the same across testing centers, this leads me to think that the test pricing is regulated by Apple in a similar fashion to their other products.
