Hello Friends,

I am a job seeker and gained CompTIA A+, N+ and MS Networking Fundamentals and diploma in computing level 7 in NZ.

Now I want to study for Apple technician but the problem is I am 0(zero) at Apple and don't know from where to start?

I have search some info for ACMT in NZ there is no any centre and online there $2799 fee which is bit much for me?

Any free material or anything?
Can you please help me for this?

Thank you

The only certification material that I have ever seen comes from taking the authorized Apple Certified Training Centers course or from the AppleCare Technician Training package offered on the Apple website.

$299.00 USD for a year subscription.

Then you need to take and pass the two exams. That is all I have been able to find during my short quest in trying to find out info pertaining to that certification myself.

The information is available to AASPs and other certified repair centers, they then identify employees as eligible to view the info to go get certified (the employees get it free as part of the partnership though I'm sure their employer pays in some way). You would have to do as Butchie-T suggested, that is likely the only legal way to access the information.

Thank you Butchie-T, I did not know about this one. Most probably I will go with this one as my first step.
Thank you for your help..

Yes, I went AASPs but there is only one centre in NZ and they provide training only for OS X. But I will go with Butchie-T's suggestion.
Thank you for your help hullux.
