Apple is selling refurbished computers, etc. at reduced prices (12% TO 30% off list). These sell with "new" warranty. My question is: "Where do these products come from?" Are they returns? It would be great if Apple had a trade-in program, then, every other week when they upgrade something we could trade our recently obsoleted machine for an upgraded unit.

Some are new leftover machines while some are refurbished. Depends on which link you are viewing-
