Are you buying it on a carrier installment plan? If so, the $69.83 is most likely the tax that is paid up front.

Yes through AT&T Next. Either way there is an extra 60-70$

Apple Care is $99 and maybe your tax is $69.83 (those two added together = $168.83). If so, it looks like you may have been charged for tax twice???
