Same here. A lot of us are getting the same message. I'm assuming it's an error that will be worked out in store.
 
annoying. it's telling me i need ID and a social security # but the account is under my moms name. i have the last 4 but will it matter if it isn't actually her?
 
I got the same error in pricing, started over and tried it again, went through with the correct pricing......

No but you'll need to be an authorized user or will need to have her present when you go in to pickup the phone.

i just added myself as an authorized user on att's website. all it did was ask my name, no ss# or anything. am i good to go now?
