Apple Chat Support not available?

I was talking to Apple Chat Support for my iPhone around 10pm. Around 10:20pm, I tried to access Chat support again to clarify an issue, but the option no longer appears. I only see options for phone calls or genius bar appointments. Does chat support stop at a particular time?

Probably. From Japan I was on in the afternoon, about 13 hours ahead of New York, and it suddenly stopped. I was on an hour ago and it was on.
