I was wondering if anyone could help me.

My ACD 23 went blank on me, just like that... and it is not covered by warranty any longer.

The light is not coming on and it is not the power brick as I tried another one from one of my other screens. I even took the screen apart and measured the voltage on the board delivered by the power cable and voltage is fine.
I am not a technician but I often make things work...

Any suggestions?
