We have a apple cinema display 24 installed on a new high end windows 7 system with a ati video and a intel I7 and intel motherboard. When we power up the system with the monitor plugged into the dvi port the system will not get passed the intel logo screen. If we boot with out the monitor plugged in it boots fine and we can then hook up the monitor ant it works.

The system boots fine with a different monitor attached, has any one come across this before and is there a solution.
