Apple Cinema Display panel, same as iMac 27?

Hi everyone, just a quick question.

Is the display panel in the 27" LED (Mini display port) Apple Cinema Display, the exact same panel as an iMac 27 and the Thunderbolt display? Are they all compatible?

Its just that I have a 27" ACD and the display has a few dead pixels that I'm looking to replace with a new one.

The (MDP) Cinema Display panel has the part number of 661-5542, if that is any help?
