Right now there's very little else on this issue and I can't find any other places that have picked up on this story.
Until it's got more widespread snd dissected, it's too early to say.
Personally I'd be shocked if Apple didn't already have access to the device and, if the copyright issue is so obvious, then why haven't they done anything about it?
