After realizing all the stuff one of my applications was doing that I was completely unaware of (and never gave permission to do), I decided to start monitoring my network traffic.
I've opted out of everything that sends information to apple (diagnostics data, usage data, crash data, etc.) and confirmed that all options have been deselected.
Immediately upon monitoring outgoing network traffic, I started getting bombarded with requests for "SubmitDiagInfo" to connect to "radarsubmissions.apple.com."
I also find it a bit unsettling that with seemingly every little thing I do (including all internet search requests), SpotlightNetHelper needs to connect to apple servers.
Anyway, I just started monitoring this stuff a few minutes ago so I'm sure that's only the tip of the iceberg.
Jokes on me for being so naive as to think a large company would simply respect your privacy instead of finding some other way to weasel around the language of their own agreement and get what they want.
