Apple.com delivery guaranteed on June 24th?

Is there any official place that says delivery is guaranteed for the 24th with online pre‐orders? I'm leaving for vacation early on the 25th so I need it on the 24th!

Am I also correct in believing that Apple stores are the only physical stores with the 24th being guaranteed (as far as we know right now)? I'm not close to one so I'm hoping online will work.

Prevailing opinion, based on previous experience, is that if you order early enough, you will receive your i4 on launch day, but if you really MUST have it (as do you because of your vacation on the 25th), it would be advisable to consider going to a local Apple store.

No one guarantees delivery on the 24th but if you order from Apple it's 99.1% certain. Crap happens though.
