strange - it was working fine earlier - now i can't get it to come up at all - other sites are working fine (e.g. this one, obviously)
 
when apple is updating the site they usually have a note, like you go to the apple site and it will read "sorry for the inconvenience, but we are updating our site, we should be back up at (insert time here)" it doesnt just go down, that has to be your internet
 
actually, i was kinda hoping there would be some new iPhone-related announcement, since that's all i've been obsessing about lately.
thanks for the tip - i reset my safari and everything is back to normal - there's the same ole apple.com webpage...

works for me and I am on my iPhone.
 
I have had the same problem before assuming you are on your macbook on wifi turn off wifi and turn it back on. This has helped me in the past.
