I didn't see a general post about Apple.com gift cards so my recent experience.
Don't use these for Hardware purchases, if there is anything wrong (as in my case I used apple.com gift cards and my credit card), you might wind up with more headaches and paper trails in getting all of your money/gift cards back. I finally did yesterday, so thank you
I used the replacement gift cards for software, but will not request or buy Apple.com gift cards again.
