Apple.com iPhone 4 Order Went Through...but...

I checked my order status today on the Apple.com site and it says:

Custom configuration

and when I dig deeper it shows my messaging plan, data unlimited plan and then No Voice Plan.

It shows lower: Without AT&T Rate Plan


Any idea why this is there? I wasn't eligible for an upgrade and paid full price for the phone. Does that mean I don't have a 2 year contract?

Mine says that also. I think that is because you never changed your rate plan.
