Been hearing and reading about the option to get iPhone forever through Apple but it seems that you have to go into an apple store once it's time to turn in one phone and upgrade to another. Is this true? I was already to go this route until I came across this bit of info. I live 2 plus hours from the nearest Apple store so this wouldn't be so good for me. Why can't they just mail you the new one and give you a week or two to return by mail your old one?
