For those who have UPS My Choice, can you request they keep it in their facility for pick up or is that not possible? UPS always comes very late for me, and I would like to get the phone early in the day.

Yep. I did that year with the 6 plus. Picked up at 9am. UPS is like 6pm at the house.

Realized that I'd be better off shipping it to my work, since I won't be home when delivers - but it won't let me change, since it's "preparing for shipment", and advises me to call. Any easier options than sitting on hold waiting for a representative? Will UPS let you change once it's en route?
