Apple “geniuses” told me the keyboards are fine and there are no issues.

Then I went to the demo models they have in store and one of the keys wasn’t working.

So Apple is lying in order to gain financial gain, which is fraud. What a great company Apple is.

That genius should be fired, arrested and held completely accountable for that computer that they probably never touched.

Apple is just like any other company out there today. Face the fact.
They all want to make as much money as they can.

Be critical and don't expect anything else, and you'll be fine.
We all will miss Steve Jobs era, but it's gone. Find something else that inspire you :)

Yeah, you caught them Inspector Clouseau. LOL!

Do you "give" your art away or try to fetch as much as you can for it?

Would you have felt better if the genius acknowledged there was a perceived problem? Just curious.

Enjoy your curiosity, I won't feed it.
I have better things to do :D

But Steve Jobs didn't give away Apple products, but quality and a vision was embedded in products and the company at that time.

Steve Jobs vision is staring at billions of people at this very moment.

Comparing Tim Cook to SJ isn’t fair.
The industry of today was envisioned by a few lumanaries of 20-30 years ago.

How much more can companies bring to a phone, computer and so on.

What the current companies are battling is discovering what’s next. SJ had a ton of this then add this, then this, then this and so on.

Sure Apple is making money hand over fist. They are also trying to shape the next generation of technology.

USB-c and TB3 - yet the pc and display industry still offer VGA connectors?

Do you honestly think the genius would acknowledge the issue when they have been told otherwise? Especially if they have not seem very many cross their support call.
