Apple creates graphics with what?

If you meant to ask what software they use to design the underlying graphics we see every day, I'd imagine it's up to what each individual designer is comfortable with. I doubt they force every one of them to use A, B or C.

Like most graphic designers, they use Photoshop and Illustrator. A lot of their ad layouts are done with InDesign.
