Well here's a good bit of customer service

i recently had a bit of a cock up and deleted my iTunes Purchased libary  , i managed to get most back except the past 6 months purchases

according to iTunes this equals 300+ songs in the last 6 months

well an few help me e-mails to the iTunes support team and they let me download them all again

great service Apple

P.S Back up your iTunes !!!!!!! i will be more often now:D

has anyone else had any GOOD service from Apple ?

The iTunes support team are pretty good.

I've had a couple of refunds (of full albums) because a single track was dodgy and free song codes when a video woudn't download. But occasionally when you ask a more complex question, they do seem to resort to stock replies that don't answer the question.

Nothing like MSN Music (the default music service with WMP 10). "If something wrong happens with the download of your track, you must pay up into our sordid empire to do it another time."
