Does apple really have this many hardware defects. I've read numerous complaints from people and the defects they have come across with their apple products. I just bought a macbook and sure enough, it was defective in a way i've never seen before. (The top case for the screen was crooked which is hard to explain) Before this, I had also purchased an Ipod video and it too was defective with multiple dead pixels. Is this the quality that we used to get from apple? I sure hope this doesn't continue for long.
