iOS Apple Developer Centre can't login.

Hey is Anyone else having problems Logging in. to the Developer Centre
First gave me password wrong now it just sends me back to Login screen over and over..

ie. is it just me or everyone?
Maybe everyone is downloading ios6 and sdk. sigh..
