So, I brought apple ADC subscription about 2 months ago, while the 3.0 beta's was coming through, I decided to take advantage of it and download it.

Now the problem, I havn't loged into that account for about 5-20 days - And I can't seem to login? If I stand corrected, it's for a year that account lasts for.

How can I get back into it?

You probably have the wrong password or userid. Call apple developer support.

I know what my user and password is, I just can't seem to get in.

When I go to password restore it says "NO ACCOUNT FOUND"

try using all of your apple IDs you might be using the wrong one... Try find the email that you signed up with.

Fine. Then I reiterate: call apple developer support.
