I did a clean install on my Macbook retina 13 mid-2014 yesterday, i did format the ssd, then re-install the Yosemite 10.10.3 using internet recovery.

Today, i want to do Apple diagnostic by holding "D" just right after turned on the laptop. Before the clean install, I can see the apple diagnostic was working fine without connecting to the internet. However, today it automatically connects to the apple internet recovery server, the diagnostic was working, however i need to do "online" apple diagnostic. How to get the "offline" apple diagnostic software? Thanks.
