Apple discs identifiers (numbers)

Evening, to whom it may concern:
seems every Apple discs have identifiers (numbers) like "2Z691-6539". Does someone have a list (complete or not)? Suppose it is but with limited access. Who can help to determine the ****?

The Z before a 691-xxxx indicates an International English (i.e. non-USA) release. Otherwise other letters denote specific country releases, e.g. B691= UK, D691=Germany.

The stenoweb list isn't exhaustive. I have a few CDs not on that list.

Thx all for answers. There is just 211 ids @ stenoweb. I suppose there are more than thousands in fact. If we will send an inquiry for the list to Apple do we have a chance to get it?
