macOS Apple Disk Image Media - WatchOS 9.1 Simulator

Every time I boot my machine, there is a mounted disk imaged 'Apple Disk Image Media' with a APFS volume 'WatchOS 9.1 Simulator'.
How do I stop this happening?

Have you finished installing the watchOS simulator through Xcode?
It does not permanently get rid of it when you eject it through Finder?
