does anybody use this to charge the iPhone? Wondering if it is worth the 50 bucks..

There is a white plastic one and the other iPhone colours are metal, and quite heavy.

I have three - for Apple TV remote, Apple TV gaming controller and iPhone. I also use one with a microphone as it works through the iPhone and iPad cases. They also have 3.5mm audio out and I think they are worth it.

I would only use mine to charge overnight
I only want it bc I feel like if be more organized! Lol

I have a clock app (Red Clock) that I run as a night stand clock - been doing so for several years now. I use a Spigen Slim Armor case with the kickstand, and don't even mess with the iPhone docks.

That's definitely one of the great things about it - stands up, doesn't take up much space, and preserves your Lightning cable.
[doublepost=1460611270][/doublepost]I would also sleep easier knowing I am not using some third-party product and risking burning down the house just to save a bit of cash because they cut corners which you can tell from the look and feel but you can't tell in regard to the internals.

I have one. Not great but saves the cable which is what I really wanted. I have to fiddle a lot to get the phone seated because I don't take the case off
