Apple dumping refurb stock?

The first few refurbs i bought for friends were in the the orange and blue ATT boxs, now the new refurbs ones are coming like this.....

Is it possible the ones shown in the pic are from apple.com and orange/blue from AT&T?

Or are they all from Apple or AT&T?

Wow. I just purchased my refurb from AT&T 2 days ago, and mine was in an orange/blue box.

I am assuming these are 8GB. Perhaps AT&T/Apple were testing refurb market since this deal was a regional only deal. It's possible since the new version is just around the corner...

I wouldn't read too much into it. Maybe they're switching over to the white boxes, and just trying to use up as many of the orange and blue ones as they can by randomly sending them out.

I wouldn't care if the iPhone came in a chartreuse with day-glow pink polka dotted box as long as it worked.

I was thinking the very same....wonder what the shiny parts look like? any scratches etc?
